Microsoft Copilot Receives a Streamlined Look and Feel

Microsoft has recently introduced a significant update to its AI assistant platform, Copilot. This platform, which was launched a year ago, now boasts a brand-new design overhaul that promises to provide a streamlined look and feel. The company aims to enhance the user experience by introducing a revamped interface along with several other improvements.

One of the key changes in the new user interface is the addition of a carousel. This feature showcases prompt suggestions to help users better comprehend the capabilities of the AI tool. Whether accessing the website or using the Copilot Android and iOS apps, users will have a clearer understanding of what the platform can offer. The updated homepage on the website features a single Copilot logo at the top, followed by a visually appealing carousel that displays the images generated by the AI, accompanied by informative text prompts. At the bottom of the page, a text field is available for users to ask their queries.

Microsoft has also added a new and exciting tool to Copilot called Designer. This tool allows users to perform in-line editing on the images generated by the AI. Users can now customize the images or make changes to them without navigating away from the chat window. The editing tool offers various capabilities, such as object highlighting, color enhancement, background blurring, and the ability to reimagine the image in different art styles. All these features are available for free to all Copilot users.

In addition to the aforementioned capabilities, Copilot Pro subscribers enjoy additional exclusive features. They can resize and regenerate images between square and landscape formats without leaving the chat window. This level of flexibility allows users to easily adapt the generated images to their specific needs and requirements.

Microsoft further stated that they will soon roll out a new feature called Designer GPT inside Copilot. This upcoming addition offers an immersive and dedicated canvas within Copilot. With Designer GPT, users can bring their ideas to life using an immersive visualisation platform. This feature is expected to take the user experience to a whole new level, allowing users to fully explore and visualize their ideas within the AI platform.

Aside from these remarkable updates, Microsoft has recently announced its return to the Super Bowl, the championship game of the National Football League (NFL) in the United States. After a four-year absence, the tech giant will now be a part of the highly anticipated Super Bowl commercials. This move aligns with Microsoft’s commitment to innovation and reinforces its presence in the market.

With its sleek design, improved functionality, and innovative features, Copilot positions itself as a robust AI assistant platform. Microsoft continues to push the boundaries of AI technology, providing users with an enhanced and streamlined user experience. Whether for personal or professional use, Copilot aims to empower individuals to bring their ideas to life and gain a better understanding of the world.
