Apple recently introduced the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max during their ‘It’s Glowtime’ launch event. These new flagship smartphones come with the latest A18 Pro chip, promising top-notch performance and enhanced Apple Intelligence features as part of iOS 18.
The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max boast larger displays compared to their predecessors. The Pro model features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, while the Pro Max offers a 6.9-inch variant. Both phones come with a 120Hz refresh rate (ProMotion) and up to 2,000nits peak brightness, providing users with a stunning visual experience.
One of the standout features of the iPhone 16 Pro series is the triple rear camera setup. It includes a 48-megapixel wide primary camera, an upgraded 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with a ‘tetraprism’ periscope lens for up to 5x optical zoom performance. Customers can choose from four elegant colour options: Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, White Titanium, and Black Titanium. Preorders for the phones begin on September 13, with availability starting on September 20.
While Apple typically keeps battery capacity specifications under wraps, users can expect details to emerge in teardown videos. The devices can be charged at 27W with a compatible charger or at 15W using a MagSafe or Qi2-compatible wireless charging adapter.
