Accident Details

The incident took place on Wednesday at the junction of Cromwell Road and Warwick Road in west London. The duchess was being escorted by motorcycle outriders when the collision occurred at around 3:21 PM. The police motorcycle involved was on escort duties at the time of the accident. The woman, who is in her 80s, was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

Investigation Launched

The incident is currently being investigated by the Independent Office for Police Conduct. The police have not released any further details on the accident, and the investigation is ongoing.
