Additionally, Yellen announced a new $100 million affordable housing fund in Minnesota and emphasized the strength and resilience of the American economy under Biden’s economic plan. Additionally, the Federal Reserve’s release of May data from the Personal Consumptions Expenditure (PCE) index on Friday will further test the candidates’ claims about the economy.
