Recently, a New York federal judge has ordered U.S. probation officials to look into the arrest of Jonathan Braun, a convicted drug dealer. Despite being released by Trump’s clemency, Braun’s recent arrest in Nassau County on assault charges has reignited legal proceedings against him.

When questioned about the matter, Braun’s lawyer, Marc Fernich, redirected the conversation by stating that Braun was arrested in connection with an alleged domestic disturbance. Braun was arraigned in Nassau County District Court on assault charges for allegedly attacking his father-in-law and wife on multiple occasions. Additionally, he is facing charges of petit larceny for failing to pay bridge tolls while driving expensive vehicles without license plates.
